This model was only available through Guitar Center and is rarely seen in the wild, especially this clean. It’s not a reissue—this is a true Les Paul Standard with full USA-spec appointments and a pair of roaring factory P90s. The finish is classic Gold Top with cream binding and a dark-stained back and neck. It has that unmistakable vintage presence, but with modern reliability and build quality.
The pickups are Gibson USA P90s—fat, warm, and punchy with just the right amount of bite. They sit beautifully in a mix and love pedals. The wiring harness is untouched and 100% stock: Gibson-branded pots, orange drop caps, clean factory solder, and a smooth, usable taper across all controls.
The neck is a proper 50s rounded profile—chunky and supportive, but super playable. It’s currently set up with 10s and plays lower than low. The action is crazy fast, buzz-free, and totally smooth all the way up the board. The frets are in perfect shape—recently dressed and polished—and the truss rod works cleanly and as it should.
