Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any sale items or any used goods sold. All items are “sold as seen”. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. All original packaging must be kept until the evaluation is completed. Full shipping insurance, tacking and signed for service is provided to all items sold in the event that any damage or loss occurs. Any items lost or damaged in transit will be the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier provided.


If for whatever reason a refund is applicable, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
