AMAZING 2015 Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop with the G-Force tuners removed and upgraded to Gibson Deluxe tuners. aside from that she is 100% original with case and candy—MINT, one smoke-free owner from new—nearly a case queen.
The neck on the Les Paul Deluxe 100th Anniversary model is unique and features an asymmetrical rounded 'C' neck profile. The fretboard width at the nut is approximately 1.795 inches (45.6 mm), offering a slightly broader playing surface compared to traditional Les Pauls—feels stellar and is a shred machine without question. This model also has the adjustable zero fret, and the frets are PLEK'd from the factory. These are like new, just polished, and they feel ridiculously smooth. The fretboard is nice, clean, and in great condition on this one, too. The headstock and back of the neck are clean with no scratches or dings to be found.
The chambered mahogany body weighs a perfect 9 lbs flat and rings like a bell. Aside from some faint top-layer scratches, the top is mint. The back is super clean with only one small mark dead center and a slight dull finish spot about 10 mm on the bottom curve. Hardware is clean with little to report. The guitar is pretty much mint—a solid 9.8/10 condition.
This bad boy is equipped with specially designed mini-humbuckers that offer a bright, focused tone with a vintage vibe. These pickups provide improved tonal balance and are capable of coil-splitting for single-coil sounds. Both volume knobs feature a push/pull mechanism, allowing for coil-splitting and endless tonal possibilities.
Additionally, it has the awesome onboard boost function—a mini-toggle switch that activates a built-in 15 dB clean boost, giving you instant volume increases for solos or driving your amp harder without external pedals. Gibson also upgraded the electronics on this axe, with an improved output jack and more robust internal wiring, contributing to stronger signal strength and enhanced reliability for your face-melting performances.
The axe is set up with 9-42s, lush and super low action, and is incredibly fast to play. It chimes beautifully, and the mini-humbuckers sound phenomenal. A KILLER Les Paul all around.
