The neck features a SlimTaper profile, ideal for fast and comfortable playability.The neck dimensions are approximately 0.800 inches thick at the first fret and 0.850 inches at the 12th fret topped with The grenadillo fretboard- this is a great point of difference on these now discontinued models, and it is smooth as silk, adorned with genuine mother-of-pearl dot inlays. The frets are factory Plek'd on theses bad boys and are in perfect condition, recently polished and she plays herself. The headstock is clean and sharp, free from dings or scratches. The back of the neck is flawless and slick, the axe is one of the best playing V's we have had in years-total shred machine!
The Alpine White finish on this Flying V is simply striking, with a pearlescent shimmer that pops in any lighting. The mahogany body weighs a super comfortable 7.6 lbs, making it incredibly balanced whether you’re sitting or standing. the axe is mint, with only a couple of tiny, barely visible surface marks on it if any-still has the plastics on her.
All the hardware is high-performance chrome, featuring Gibson’s adjustable titanium zero-fret nut and G-Force auto-tuning system. (can be removed and replaced with regular runners if required) The bridge and tailpiece are immaculate, with no signs of wear, and the electronics are all 100% original. The Dirty Finger humbucker pickups deliver aggressive tones with exceptional clarity, perfect for rock and metal genres. Whether clean or overdriven, this baby provides it all.
